Cancellations + Waitlist
Group Classes
We understand that life happens, which is why we offer an 8-hour cancellation policy.
Private sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Waitlist Policy
Some of our peak class times fill up quickly. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.
Late cancellations are a courtesy to others, allowing fellow clients to take your spot.
No-shows result in the loss of your class and leave a space that could have gone to someone else.

Group Classes
We understand that life happens, which is why we offer an 8-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancel at least 8 hours before the class starts to receive a full credit back to your account.
- Cancellations made within 8 hours of the start time will result in the loss of your class credit.
- If you're on an unlimited pass and late cancel, a $20 fee applies. No-shows will be charged a $25 fee.
Private sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
- If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will forfeit the session credit.
Waitlist Policy
Some of our peak class times fill up quickly. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist.
- Classes with a “W” on the schedule indicate they are full—click "Join Waitlist" to hold your spot.
- A class credit is required to join the waitlist.
- If a spot opens up more than 8 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email.

- Instructor Changes
Instructors may be subject to change without notice. Our team is made up of real humans, and sometimes life happens. - Sales Policy
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. - Booking + Payment
All services must be prepaid and booked online.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Debit for online payments.
In-studio merchandise purchases may be made with cash. - Grip Socks
For safety and sanitation, grip socks are strongly recommended during all classes. We have them available for purchase in-studio. - Age Requirements
The minimum age to attend classes is 16 years. Clients under 18 must have parent or guardian consent. - Arrival Time
Please arrive on time. The studio doors open 15 minutes before class and will be locked once class begins to ensure a focused, uninterrupted experience. Be sure to check in during that 15-minute window. - Studio Etiquette
Kindly avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented products.
Please remove all jewelry before class for your safety and comfort.
