CANCELLATIONS + WAITLIST
We understand that life happens, therefore we offer a 8 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your group class within 8 hours of the class start time you will receive a full credit back to your account. If you do not cancel within the 8 hour window you will lose the credit to your class. If you are on an unlimited pass and you late cancel a class booking you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee. Private sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy, if a private is cancelled without 24 hours notice you will lose the credit to your session.
Some of our peak times may be in higher demand. If the class you are planning to book in to is full you may select the waitlist option. On the schedule you will see a W if it is full. Go ahead and click join the waitlist. You must have a class credit on your account in order to book in to the waitlist. When a spot opens up, we will notify you by email and you will automatically be moved in to the class to attend if it is outside of our 8 hour cancellation window. It will be your responsibility to monitor your email to know if you got moved from the waitlist to a spot in the class. The same 8 hour cancellation policy will apply. Late cancelling is a courtesy to other clients as it allows for your spot to open up to the first waitlisted client. If you no-show you still lose your class and the spot remains vacant when a fellow client could have gotten in to your spot.

- Instructors may be subject to change without notice. Our instructors are human too.
- All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable.
- Services must be prepaid online and classes must be booked online.
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DEBIT. For merchandise purchases in studio we accept cash payments.
- We strongly recommend our clients wear grip socks during all of our classes. This is for safety and sanitation. We have them available for purchase in studio.
- For safety reasons the minimum age is 16 years old. Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
- Please arrive on time. Doors to the studio open 15 minutes before the start of each class and will lock when the class begins to avoid any disruption. Please allow yourself enough time to check-in within this 15 minute window.
- Please avoid wearing strong perfumes and product odours.
- Please remove all jewelry prior to class.
