"When I first heard SALT was opening, I intended to do exclusively barre classes as I automatically assumed the reformer was out of my league. I ended up trying it and was hooked after just one class. They created such a welcoming and genuine environment. "I am SO glad that SALT opened up in my neighbourhood. I have always struggled with keeping a regular exercise schedule and finding something where I actually enjoy working out. The classes at SALT are so fun and they are killer workouts too! The reformer classes are my favourite. I get such a great workout on the machines and it's a really fun, different type of workout so it keeps me engaged and motivated. SALT has amazing instructors that are continuously updating and improving the workouts to make sure we get a good burn while ensuring that we do the exercises safely. They focus a lot on the booty, but I get a complete full body workout every class. I ALWAYS feel it after my classes!
