WHERE DO I BUY CLASSES?
You can purchase and book classes through our self-directed online booking system. You must first create an account. Go to our login page, create a profile and submit your preferred payment details. You will then be able to access our live schedule, check availability and book classes. All classes must be prepaid in order to book.
WHAT IS A REFORMER?
It makes quite the impression when you first see one but even more so when you use it. The reformer is a versatile machine with pulleys and a moving carriage. Weighted by springs to create steady resistance and constant engagement of your core. Every muscle is balanced and strengthened without impact. The reformer is easy on joints and ligaments but not without a challenge!
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND?
How many classes you take is up to you! We recommend coming 3 times a week to start.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR CLASSES?
Classes are 60 minutes. We offer condensed noon express classes that are 45 minutes long.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear exercise clothes that you can breathe and move freely in. Gripped socks are strongly recommended.
WHERE DO I PARK?
We have some parking available at the back of the building. You can access the lot off of Strathmore Rd our spots are clearly labeled. There is also street parking on Starthmore and Goldstream. Before 8 am and after 4pm the City Hall parking lot directly across the street has spots as well.
