BOOTY CHURCH x REFORM, need we say more? It's the best of both in this collaboration of our two favorite classes. We’ve blended Reformer Pilates and Barre fitness for a spicy workout that will have your glute muscles burning in the best possible way! This low impact workout keeps the reps high and the tempo fast! We explore core-work, hip-mobility and a variety of different exercises to work the stabilizers in the legs and spine. Expect full body muscle recruitment, lunges, hips lifts and lots of squats!
