born from a love of movement and the belief that Pilates can be both restorative and empowering.
After a car accident in 2018, our studio’s founder was limited to workouts that were safe for recovery, and reformer Pilates quickly became the only movement that felt both supportive and effective. Through that experience, she discovered not only the healing benefits of the reformer, but a lasting passion for the practice.
Recognizing a gap in the local market for a more contemporary, fitness-focused studio, Salt pilates + barre was created to offer something different. The studio blends the strong foundations of traditional reformer Pilates with dynamic, challenging classes designed to build strength, confidence, and resilience.
